Component Description
Whole grain Brown rice or whole grain pita triangles.
Protein Roasted chicken strips and chickpeas.
Vegetables and fruits Cucumber, grated carrot, bell pepper strips, blueberries or apple slices.
Drink Water.

Vegetarian option

For our vegetarian , baked tofu, lentil patties, or extra chickpeas and black beans can be substituted for baked chicken, ensuring a protein-rich meal. This keeps the meal within the protein foods group while offering delicious alternatives.
